As the grandson of real farmers and the son of a butcher, meat preparation is in my blood. As a child, my favourite dish was Flemish meatballs – and it still is to this day.

Through catering at top events all over the world, I discovered the secrets of cuisine and the concept of ‘handcrafted food’, which is clearly appreciated across the globe.

The result is Balls & Glory, a range of handcrafted meatballs, filled with things we love. In other words, a real Flemish meatball, filled with our favourite ingredients. A perfect mix of delicious, artisan mince and innovative, juicy fillings with a modern touch, and of course, with the essential dose of glory.

The absolute masterpiece in our meatball collection. 210 g of pure tastiness par excellence. Hand-crafted pork mince of our own production, seasoned with the best spices without any artificial additives. Hand-crafted fresh daily in your Balls & Glory open kitchen.
€ 4.50 each, or € 5 for our special balls. Heating instructions: 27 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 
170 °C.

Our Spring&Summer Flavours:  apple, rhubarb, peas-mint, sundries tomatoes, green pepper, corn-curry, cheese, chervil-pancetta, spinach, asparagus, mushroom-truffle, basil pesto, black olive, ham-leek … and brand new this season: cauliflower-pickles, béarnaise!

Our very own stoemp made with hand-peeled potatoes and carrots, and the most delicious fair-trade seasonal veggies. A pat of farm butter and a generous sprinkle of nutmeg turn this dish into a tasty feast for the senses.


Fresh and, most importantly, nutritious salad with ‘Ratte du Touquet’ potatoes, white cabbage, carrots, radish and cucumber, garnished with a dressing of full-fat yoghurt and green herbs.
